Description:
Churpi is a healthy and highly nutritious snack, given its high content percentage of protein, Omega 3 fatty acids, and antioxidants. Churpi is a rich source of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, vitamin A, D, E, and all the B vitamins!
Much like the Italian ricotta, Churpi is also made from whey. It is soft, white, and neutral in taste.
The milk is boiled and then hung in a muslin cloth to drain the excess water. It is then further put in jute bags and pressed hard to get the chewable churpi cheese.
