Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible.
Returns: Due to the edible nature of our products, we don’t accept returns unless the product is defective.
